Our Valuation Methods
- An inspection of the site of the immovable property,
following a formal valuation which includes the required quantity
surveying, area logistics and building demographics.
- The second year following the issuing of the first valuation, a review is undertaken incorporating any new adjustments and
changes in building cost.This valuation is given at a negotiated fee compared to the first formal valuation.
- 3 years prior to the first valuation, we again provide a new formal valuation which incorporates an all-round review and analysis of the immovable property.It is a complete research of aspects, in line with current economic and trade systems. .
